Use MS-3 Editor/Librarian Ver.1.0.3 as a set with MS-3 Ver.1.07.

- When ASSIGN TARGET is set to "FX1 TYPE" or "FX2 TYPE," the changing data of "TARGET MIN" or "TARGET MAX" is not sent to the MS-3.
- After changing to the patch which's ASSIGN TARGET is selected to "MIDI" , "CH" and "CC#" are uneditable.

- When the PATCH MIDI parameter of PC, BANK MSB, BANK LSB, CC1 NUM, or CC2 NUM is set to its maximum value, the data in Editor or Librarian goes to "0."
- Copying from "patch list" to "LiveSet" is not possible.
- When performing a drag operation or during Apply Liveset in Librarian, the "Wait Cursor" is released when a patch change occurs on the MS-3 itself.
- When a patch change occurs, the values of all PATCH MIDI parameters except CH go to "OFF" or "0."
- AT "1 + 2" in [SYSTEM] - [PLAY OPTION], BANK DOWN was indicated as BREAKDOWN.

It is an archive file in zip format, please double click on the file to expand. After expanding the file, "MS-3 Editor Librarian.exe" will be appeared.

HOW TO INSTALL
* When installing MS-3 Editor/Librarian for Windows, keep the computer connected to the Internet.
* MS-3 Editor/Librarian uses Adobe Air. If an Adobe Air-related screen appears during installation, click [ Yes ] to continue installation, or go to https://get.adobe.com/air/ to install or update.
* MS-3 Editor/Librarian uses Adobe Air. If an Adobe Air-related screen appears during installation, click [ Yes ] to continue installation, or go to https://get.adobe.com/air/ to install or update.
- Copy the "ms3_ed_w103" folder to the drive of your computer.
- Double click the MS-3 Editor Librarian.exe just downloaded to start installation.
- Follow the instructions in the dialogue boxes to proceed.
- When the "Installation has been completed." message appears, click [close] to finish.
STARTING THE APPLICATION
- Turn on MS-3.
- Connect MS-3 and computer with USB cable.
- Double click the MS-3 Editor Librarian icon.
- Selection screen of connecting device will appear for the first time you run the software. (After the second time running, the device will be chosen automatically.)
- Select GT-1 and click [ OK ].
